Clubhouse
The Stoneybrook Clubhouse is a gathering place for all residents and owners in the community. The Activities Committee regularly organizes events in the Clubhouse to promote a socially active community and to bring people together. The Stoneybrook Board holds its monthly meetings there and committees often do as well.
Entrance to the Clubhouse is via a card key provided to all owners. During scheduled events, the Clubhouse is unlocked.
In the foyer, there is a bulletin board for announcements as well as two mailboxes, one for ARC requests and another for mail to Stoneybrook Village Owners Association (SVOA).
Owners and residents of the single-family homes, the Lodge and cottages and Assisted Living may reserve the Clubhouse for private events.
Pool House
The Stoneybrook Pool House is located beside the Clubhouse and across from Stoneybrook Lodge. The heated pool and spa may be used by residents of single-family homes, the Lodge (including cottage residents), Assisted Living residents as well as guests of all eligible users. It is a valuable asset for swimming and water aerobics.
In the foyer, there are storage lockers with keys to store belongings. The men’s and women’s locker rooms have a level-entry shower and both the shower and toilet areas are equipped with grab bars. Before using the pool or spa, residents and their guests are advised to review the Pool/Spa Policy that details important safety rules and guidelines.
